MUST have flexible circuit manufacturing, electronics assembly/fabrication, printed circuit board (PCB) industries coupled with this person serving in a manufacturing leadership role for at least 3 years.

As the Operations Manager for Flex Products, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities span overseeing all production activities and resources within the manufacturing process, ensuring strict adherence to established practices and policies. Central to your role is cultivating a positive work environment that mirrors company values, while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives across Flex Product manufacturing areas. You'll lead a diverse team spanning Flex Manufacturing, Flex Assembly, and Flex Inspection departments, driving pursuit of excellence. Experience within flexible circuit manufacturing, electronics assembly/fabrication and printed circuit board (PCB) industries a MUST.
- Responsible for key metric performance of Flex Manufacturing process, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity results.
- Leadership of multi-level Manufacturing operation, promoting personal accountability of subordinates by identifying goals, and empowering employees to drive decision making.
- Provide leadership and support to direct reports to discuss expectations, progress of work, and resolution of problems to ensure that the site operational objectives are met.
- Foster innovation and promote continuous learning by providing formal and informal feedback on employee performance.
- Partner with Sales & Supply Chain teams, and other functional experts to ensure continuous alignment between demand forecasts and load/capacity plans to optimize Flex Products schedule execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate problem-solving tools in line with Operational Excellence team initiatives.
- Communicate openly and effectively with employees, recognizing and rewarding employees for results and teamwork consistent with company values.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, practices, and operational standards are effectively communicated to the entire Flex Products team.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education combination
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Printed Circuit Board (PCB), flexible circuit fabrication, and related equipment
- Strong leadership acumen with the ability to effectively manage performance and foster a coaching mindset
- Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills
