The Busperson serves drinks and/or water to guests, empties trash, and performs other duties as may be assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves drinks and/or water to guests and/or employees seated in the assigned section of the restaurant.
  • Removes all the dirty dishes, glasses, silverware from tables and brings them to the Bussers station.
  • Cleans and wipes the tables, chairs and booths in the assigned section of the restaurant.
  • Resets the tables and booths for the use of the next customers.
  • Transports dirty dishes, silverware and glasses to the kitchen using the bus cart as the need arises.
  • Empties trash, collects and turns in linens.
  • Sees to it the Bussers station is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and supplies needed in the restaurant.
  • Sees to it the brewed coffee is also available to the customers. Grinds coffee and refills the coffee maker as the need arises.
  • Assists the Food Servers in accommodating the needs and requests of the guests.
  • Maintains the general cleanliness of the work area.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

1 year customer service experience.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II or III Missouri Gaming Commission License
