Maintenance Team Lead

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Maintenance Team Lead to join their plant in Logan, UT.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive and Emergency Maintenance;
• Maintenance activities curative requested by other departments, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities;
• Make the correct changes of format cutting, filtering and screening machines for the preparation of fruits;
• Carry out periodic lubrication defined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan;
• Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities after any intervention;
• Monitoring of all activities from outside companies for requested services;
• Fulfill the Work Order of each preventive or curative maintenace intervention;
• Completion of records changes made to the preparation fruit machines;
• Report to the superiors any anomaly detected in equipment and facilities;
• General housekeeping and cleaning maintenance workshop and working tools;
• Record daily comsuption of water, gas and energy;
• Responsible for managing the waste generated in the activities associated with maintenance;
• Ensuring that maintenance techs are trained and understand machine functions;
• Able to provide maintenance in all areas of the plant in the event the manager is occupied or not available;
• Ability to communicate with other departments about necessary machine maintenance;
• All other duties as assigned by the maintenance manager.

Requirements

• 3-5 years general maintenance experience with machanical aptitude;
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role;
• Knowledge of PLC's and Energy System is a plus;
• Must know how to work with hand and power tools;
• Knowledge of GMP's preferred;
• Strong attention to detail, problem solver, in a fast paced-environment;
• Must be able to lift 100+ lbs.; be able to stand, bend, lift, twist and turn, for extended periods of time in a humid environment;
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment;
• Must be safety and quality conscious;
• Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed;
