IT Software Clerk

Community Medical and Dental Care Inc. is a Healthcare company dedicated to excellent patient care. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Software Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our software development and implementation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist software developers with various administrative tasks, including:
  • Maintaining software documentation and user manuals.
  • Be the Superuser and train other staff members to use new software.
  • Tracking software development progress and bug fixes.
  • Processing software license requests and renewals.
• Provide technical support to internal users by:
  • Troubleshooting basic software installation and functionality issues.
  • Logging and routing complex technical issues to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.
• Assist with software inventory management by:
  • Tracking software licenses and ensuring compliance.
  • Processing software order requests and returns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of software assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or Software Development Team Lead.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
