Client is seeking a dynamic Agile Product Owner professional with a passion for hands-on execution.

Position Responsibilities
  • Delivery Prioritization: Master the art of prioritization and backlog management to ensure seamless development flow, with a focus on collaborative delivery and regular releases.
  • Effective Collaboration for Clear Outcomes: Work closely with internal business and technical stakeholders to articulate and document precise business requirements and acceptance criteria, enabling developers to implement with clarity and focus.
  • Hands-On Support in Software Delivery: Actively facilitate refinement sessions, identify friction points and opportunities with stakeholders, conduct acceptance testing, and swiftly remove any impediments to maintain momentum in software development.
  • Lo-fi Mockup Creation: Partner with senior stakeholders and end-users to quickly develop user-friendly and logical designs, building upon successful elements.
  • User Journey Mapping: Drive automation and process improvements by meticulously documenting user journeys and process workflows.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience: Bring your expertise in an agile product owner role, preferably from a small business context. 
  • Technical Writing and Diagraming: Show your skills in creating flowcharts and journey mapping. This role requires a significant amount of written communication to capture system flows, business requirements, and feature documentation.

Candidate Qualities
  • Self-starter: Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously with a cross-functional software development team, showcasing your initiative and proactive approach.
  • Solid Technical Background: Engage confidently with software developers and stakeholders. You won’t write code but will need to understand technical concepts to communicate with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communication and Organizational Skills: Excel in written and verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus..
