  1. Provide patient and kind assistance to all clients. 

     

  1. Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment. 

  1. Follows Infection guidelines at all times. 

  1. Completes and forwards copy of Incident Reports and any other staff/risk issues immediately to director. 

  1. Attend all Time Treatment Center  staff meetings and attend all mandatory In-services.  

  1. Provide a safe therapeutic environment for clients and staff. 

  1. Provides supervision of self-administered medications. 

  1. Oversee implementation of daily/weekly structure for community housing clients as developed by director of housing Maintain a positive working relationship with TIME staff and consumers alike. 

  1. Reports personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to director. 

  1. Monitor and observe clients behavior with documentation and count and keep track of all clients with documentation. 

  1. End of shift reporting to director via email. 

  1. Answer calls on company phone while on shift. 

  1. Report any medical emergencies, elopements or ACA incidents to director immediately. 

  1. Transport clients to outside activities, food shopping, 12 step support groups, appointments, to and from airports and other facilities, using company van. 

  1. Orientates new clients to the facility and the residential facility. Completing a complete housing intake packet and ensuring all documents are signed.  

  1. Search new admissions belongings to ensure no contraband is brought into facility, and all valuables and medications are secured. 

  1. Preparing residential apartments for new clients, ensuring cleanliness. 

  1. To request and report any supplies needed at facility and residential facility to director. 

  1. Ensure that all apartments are kept clean and cleaning when necessary.   

  1. Follow ethical guide lines in accordance with the state of Tennessee. 

  1. Keeping tech offices in a clean and neat order at all times. 

  1. Provide safety checks at apartments and reporting any risks to director. 

  1. Provide “random” searches at residential checking for contraband. 

  1. Monitor transitional living residential clients curfews and they are abiding to rules. 

  1. Trained and confident in taking blood pressure, hand washing and medication observation. 

  1. Performs other duties assigned.
