Fitzgerald Auto Malls is looking for the ideal candidate to manage and take service operations to the next level! You would be responsible for a busy service department with loyal customer base. If you are an experienced Service Manager who enjoys coaching, holding your staff accountable and seeing profits increase in return - this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the service department.

· Establishes short and long term operating and financial objectives for the service department within the Company’s overall plans and policies.

· Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the dealership

· Select, coach, lead, train and supervise management staff

· Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the department and takes appropriate action as necessary


REQUIREMENTS

· At least 3 years of OEM franchise service management success

· Time Management and organizational skills are a MUST

· Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize

· Willingness to adapt to current dealer processes

· Ability to coach and mentor staff
