Your Career

The Security Consulting Automation Developer will forge a tight-knit partnership with the Project Manager, Business Applications & Programs, jointly spearheading the design, construction, and meticulous management of Clarizen and other automation platforms. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving the automation of critical business and project operations within the Global Consulting Operations (GCO) team, ensuring efficiency and seamless functionality across the board. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Business Operations and work closely with the GCO leadership team, cross-functional stakeholders, and Unit 42 senior leadership. 

Your Impact

  • Support managing requirements for Unit 42’s Security Consulting’s automation platforms offering direction and scope
  • Customize reports, views, and fields in Unit 42’s Security Consulting reporting platforms, updating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and integration in Unit 42’s automation platforms, collaborating with external teams
  • Document existing and future workflows, including documenting configuration changes and provide knowledge transfer to teams
  • Design, develop, and maintain system configuration and integration tools for Security Consulting teams at the direction of Unit 42 leadership
  • Collaborate with Unit 42’s Business Operations team, leadership team and cross functional stakeholders on a consistent basis
  • Develop reports, dashboards, custom workflows, actions, and forms
  • Improve Unit 42’s Security Consulting Automation interface and support API integrations with systems like SFDC and SAP
  • Create technical specifications and collaborate with the IT team on system integration
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education required or equivalent military experience required
  • 5+ years of Program/Product Management experience required
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, CSS
  • Experience in SOAP or REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Clarizen or similar PS Automation tools, SFDC, SAP and Tableau
  • Strong autonomy, project prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, demonstrated through written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent multitasking ability and quick adaptation to new technologies
  • Preferred experience with G Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and/or LucidChart 
  • Background in management consulting, professional service automation and project migration; analyst background and experience is advantageous
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced security firm environment

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $109,900/yr to $177,850/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
