Ac Radio Com in West Hempstead, NY is looking for one shift lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. AC RadioCom is a leading distributor of high quality business communications products. We provide two-way radios and other innovative products from top manufacturers - Kenwood Communications and Ritron Wireless Solutions - that enable companies to operate more efficiently and effectively. AC RadioCom is an Authorized National ProTalk® Dealer for Kenwood Communications in the United States. We are also an Authorized Ritron Dealer.

Responsibilities
- Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
- Train and develop new team members to company standard
- Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
- Motivate staff while working towards one goal
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
- Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus
