Job Summary

Greet and seat guests according to seating assignments. Answering the phones in a professional manner and notifying management when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare menus for service.
• Greet and seat guests, according to seating chart.
• Answer phones with professionalism and take appropriate messages.
• Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
• Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
• Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host preferred
• Professional dress and attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work standing for a 6+ hours.
