The principal responsibility of the Potshack position is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with the contract requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Be able to receive full access onto MCAGCC
- Ability to provide cleaning services within a Food Service environment.
- Must have solid work ethics.

- Team Work Proficient
- Must be at least 18 years of age (operates industrial machinery)
- Demonstrated history of related Food Service cleaning preferably with a major institution or the military is desired.
- 3 Sink Method Knowledge
- HACCP Knowledge
- Commercial Dishwasher(industrial machinery) maintenance/user knowledge

Organization of work area and stations throughout shift
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Work in a standing position in the dining facility and kitchen area for 6 to 7 hours (excluding break and lunch periods)
- Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, twist, extend, for entire shift
- Properly use PPE (provided) to ensure and withstand extremely hot water/air temperatures for entire shift
- Knowledge to maintain and use the Commercial Dishwasher in each station
- Adhere to the Company rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Dining Hall Manager, or Project Manager.
