We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in press operation, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press machines to produce parts according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure components are produced to the required specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on presses to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with press operation to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating presses in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
