We started Good Influencer as a resource to empower other creators to grow their following, work with dream brands, and monetize their content using our time and experience in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our Good Influencer team and help us enhance our online presence.

Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying/defining target audiences, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, using data analytics to guide your decisions and working closely with a team of marketing professionals. This position offers a competitive annual salary and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our social media marketing and influencer business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase subscriptions to our influencer training programs
• Define our target audiences at a granular level and develop strategies catered to each 
• Identify potential areas of growth in our influencer training curriculum
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions (subscriptions)
• Lead the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including videos, graphics, and written content
  
• Manage and maintain various marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and the competitive landscape
  
  

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in social media platforms (it's where our audience lives)
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (with supporting portfolio)
  
• A track record of successful growth campaigns with significant ROI
• Strong skills in content planning and creation
  
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  
• Familiarity with the digital marketing and influencer industry is a plus
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
