Job Summary

You will be PERSONALLY responsible for assisting our dealership in fulfilling our client’s motorcycling needs.
Salary: $40,000 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
- Interact with clients in-store, through text, and on the phone.
- Follow a structured sales process.
- Have working knowledge of the Harley model families.
- Proactive follow up with current and previous clients.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Motorcycle background preferred.
- Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred.
- Motorcycle endorsement and weekend availability mandatory.
- Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Previous Sales experience in the power-sports/automotive industry.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus.
