Senior Construction Analyst - Subject Matter Expert (Remote)

The Sr. Construction Analyst (SME) provides support with analysis with evaluation and analytical support related to economic security, market viability, and Semiconductor Industry Analysis.

• Shall develop one comprehensive report on the best practices in construction of semiconductor facilities. This report shall include, but is not limited to, the following elements:

- Timeline for construction, including key milestones

- Cost of construction

- Project design in advance of start

- Contractor performance (cost overruns + schedule overruns)

- Standard risks

- Risk mitigation strategies

- Payment structures / financing

Merit Review of the Project's Construction Activities

The Senior Construction Analyst shall provide on-going and ad hoc professional services to support the review and evaluation of the construction activities for each project. Primary services and tasks shall include, but are not limited to:

• Providing expertise and support in the evaluation of a projects' readiness level and the quality of its construction plans and project scope.
• Providing expertise and support in the evaluation of an Integrated Project schedule, including key milestones and potential roadblocks or critical dependencies.
• Providing expertise and support in the evaluation of Project Cost estimates.
• Providing expertise and support in assessing the applicant's plan for managing potential construction-related issues (e.g. workforce challenges), including proposed mitigation activities.
• Providing expertise and support in the evaluation of Engineering, Procurement, and

Construction (EPC) contracts or other third-party construction or operations contracts in support of the project.

Sr. Construction Analyst shall have experience with the following:

• -Semiconductor technology
• - wafer pricing expectations
• - supply and demand analysis
• - customer behavior
• Semiconductor company operations
• Market Strategies
• Cost Structure

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction project management with 5 years managing similar work to the work contemplated in the call order.
• 10 Years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing
• Expertise in the construction of semiconductor facilities, to include the infrastructure required for the facility
• Experience conducting construction and engineering analysis Experience conducting technical and operational requirements analysis related to greenfield or expansion of semiconductor producing facilities, and ongoing operation considerations.
• Expertise with semiconductor construction preferred but not necessary.

Functional Responsibilities:

Benchmarking and analyzing construction plans

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

Master's Degree preferred.
