We are a leading Industry Importer and Distributor of Wine & Spirits in the New Jersey and Metro New York area.

We are expanding our business to Nationwide rapidly and are looking for a full-time member to join our Team to grow with Our Company.

SUMMARY OF POSITION


This is a fast-paced position handling all aspects of Order Entry including, but not limited to:

• Order Processing
• Answering Phones
• Order Inquiries
• Problem Resolution
• Merchandise Returns
• Daily Order Reconciliation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or Higher
• Order Entry: 3 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 3 years
• Customer-focused and Professional Attitude
• Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
• Outstanding Problem-solving Skills
• Proficiency Using Basic Software Including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail Oriented with the Ability to Prevent & Catch Errors
• Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize.
• Experience working with Insurance (Workmen's Comp/General Liability and Auto Insurance)
• Team Player with Ability to Work Well with Supervisors, Co-workers, Other Departments, and etc.
• Must be Legally Authorized to work in the US
