FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Body Bar is a full service, massage, day spa, tanning & fitness facility with two locations - one in the Town of McCandless, on McKnight Road and one in the Cranberry Mall, Cranberry Twp. We are seeking a high energy, positive, responsible, customer service oriented individual, with an inviting friendly personality to join The Body Bar Team, in delivering the highest quality customer service to our clientele. Candidate must be computer proficient, have excellent phone manners and the ability to multi-task.
Candidates applying must be available for a minimum of 20-30 hours per week for Part-time and 36-40 hours per week for Full-time. Hours needed are afternoon/evenings until 8pm and varying Friday & Saturday daylight shifts until 4:30/5pm are required. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Reliable transportation is a must.
Perks include: Hourly wage PLUS commission on product & service sales, FREE UV tanning, FREE gym membership discounted spa services, FREE parking & a pleasant working atmosphere. Full-time employees are eligible for Health, Dental & Vision insurance, and vacation & holiday pay.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting customers checking in & out of the facility
Professionally greeting & touring customers
In person & telephone customer service
Scheduling appointments & services
Maintain client database
Processing cash & credit card transactions
Explaining & selling/upgrading packages, memberships & products
Assist in opening and/or closing the facility
Maintaining facility appearance, equipment cleanliness & maintenance
General laundry detail
Administrative/clerical work
