As the Maintenance and Repair Specialist for the Intermodal Division, you will expediently handle roadside service calls, manage bad order equipment and re-bills, and effectively communicate with external vendors, terminals, and SSLs. Become a part of our dynamic team, and we will give you the support to excel at work and the resources to build a rewarding career.
What you'll do:
- Answer roadside calls and emails from drivers, customer service representatives, and dispatchers
- Perform work order and invoice reviews
- Handle vendor communications regarding bad order repairs and billing questions
- Evaluate work orders before issuing a repair or authorization in accordance with company standards
- Resolve dispute resolutions with applicable vendors
What you'll have:
- 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation, or other relevant experience
- Detail oriented
- Data focused and can speak to analytics.
- Efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
