Responsibilities for Part Time / Full Time Coach -
Title Boxing Club Falls Church
The below includes certain responsibilities of the Coach. Please provide social media (Instagram address) on resume
Goal:
To have the best Fitness Coaches and best Group Boxing Classes in the area and throughout the Franchise System
Work to ensure all classes have at least 15 participants per class
Ensure a positive vibe remains in the Club
Train club members only in club (General Fitness, Weight Training, Boxing or Kickboxing)
Responsibility / Expectations:
Teaching and Training:
Teach minimum of 4 classes per week at Falls Church club (we currently offer 26 classes per week)
Conduct Personal Fitness Training with Club members at the Falls Church Club
No sparring in club at any time
Adhere to Title 2.0 and Box and Lift class requirements
Staffing and Development:
Follow the expectations regarding arrival (20 minutes before class) and departure (no sooner than 20 minutes after class) for classes taught (Weekly Focus, Monthly Workshop)
Ensure weekly announcements are made during class
Responsible for recruiting and thoroughly onboarding new Coaches including holding mock classes
Monitor and cover called off classes if available - "one team"
Title Boxing Club Classes and our class schedule take priority over scheduled / unscheduled personal training
Leadership Strategy:
Participate in weekly Instagram video of Coaching Focus of the Week occurs and Monthly Coaching Workshop is executed
Help keep club clean including but not limited to front desk, mats, equipment and bathrooms
Partner with the Sales and Operations team to contribute to membership growth
Promote Club on Instagram/ social media and participate in club(s) marketing, club social / marketing events and sponsorship activities and encourage all coaches to also promote classes/club on his/her respective social media platforms
Provide effective decision-making with customer service issues while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Preferred Candidates:
Fitness Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, Dancers, Yoga Instructors, Personal Trainers
