South Coast Winery is Seeking an experience, customer service oriented Tasting Room Wine Server.

Essential Duties Include:

• Prepare designated bar for daily wine tasting and conduct tastings with guests guiding them on their selections and educating them about the varietals and styles of wine
• Maintain the cleanliness of the counter areas, sinks and shelves at all times
• Maintain honesty and integrity in the pouring of wines and ensure all tasting tickets are marked off appropriately
• Use discretion when providing a sixth taste for guests as a tool for selling wine or wine club memberships
• Alert bar backs when wine inventory is running low
• Date all newly opened bottles and discard as instructed by management
• Attend outside wine pouring events on behalf of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa as required
• Promote the sale of South Coast Winery wine and Wine Club membership
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager
