DORN Companies, a wellness-based ergonomics pioneer, seeks an Independent Subcontractor for on-site services to enhance employee wellness and mitigate workplace-related pain and injuries.

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead injury prevention services, including workstation analysis, real-time body mechanics correction, and exclusive deep tissue massage techniques. This role boosts employee wellness and performance.

**Compensation:**

Your compensation will be based on a per diem arrangement, meaning you'll receive a set amount for each individual session you conduct. Compensation specifics will be outlined and agreed upon prior to onboarding.

**Location:** Hillsboro, OR

**Training:** 1-2 day session 

**Start Date:** Immediate 

**Hours:** 6-12 hours/week (1-2 days) 

**Pay Range:** $60.00/hour DOE and credentials 

**Requirements:** 

- Licensed in your state as one of the following:

  • Massage Therapist
  • Athletic Trainer
  • Physical Therapist
  • Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

- Minimum 3 years' experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation 

- Proficient in ergonomics, body mechanics, and self-care 

- Willingness to learn DORN's proprietary deep tissue and ergonomics

- Strong observation, report writing, and tech skills 

- Excellent communication with clients and management 

- Active Liability Insurance 

- Degree or Certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc. (preferred) 

- Clear background check and drug screening 

**Responsibilities:** 

- The job responsibilities for this role encompass 95% hands-on massage time and 5% focused on movement assessment and ergonomics training.

- Perform workstation analysis and ergonomic assessments 

- Correct body mechanics in real-time 

- Apply deep tissue techniques for wellness-focused pain relief 

- Train employees in body mechanics 

- Conduct pre-shift/post-lunch conditioning and mobility sessions 

- Address departmental concerns through training
