Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for categorizing and managing our lead flow and providing information for the sales team to use in meeting customer requirements. You will review and audit job records to ensure accuracy and completeness. And you will respond to customer calls and emails to ensure our customers are getting the immediate attention that they deserve. Customer care is a really important part of being Ace Handyman Services - we want our customers to have a friendly, professional, and responsive experience with us. You will play a huge part in maintaining our reputation for service excellence.

Your specific duties in this role will include:
  • Utilize our CRM to record customer leads and their project needs
  • Conduct daily operations reporting
  • Responding to customer reviews and categorizing customer leads
  • Optimize our daily operating schedules and communicate any changes to customers and our field team.
  • Assist in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Answering customer calls as needed to ensure we maximize our first call responsiveness
  • Performing paperwork and filing duties
Job Requirements
We are looking for energetic, eager learnings with strong multi-tasking skills who are capable of managing a large volume of work both efficiently and with accuracy. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and our craftsmen. You will also need a positive, solution-focused, can-do attitude and be quick on your feet.

Specific qualifications for the role include:
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated service orientation
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in multiple technologies including the the MS Office suite, MS Teams, standard CRM tools, and
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great multitasking and prioritization skills
  • High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year college experience.
