Job Summary:
Joseph Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a  New Car Salesperson to join our team. As a full-time individual contributor in the Auto industry, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. We will train!!

Compensation & Benefits:
Paid Training! This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and sales performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals set by the dealership
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the features and capabilities of all new vehicles in our inventory
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct test drives with potential customers and discuss features and benefits of the vehicles
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the dealership's finance and insurance team to offer additional products and services to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and incentives
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
