We are currently seeking a talented Senior Landscape Architect/Land Planner to join our Planning and Landscape Architecture division. This person will work on public and private projects collaborating with multiple expertise of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, surveyors and scientists. You will lead and manage small to large scale, local and national projects from conceptual site planning through zoning approvals for clients of multiple land use types e.g. residential single family, multi-family, market rate, age restricted, and affordable housing, commercial, institutional and industrial. You will work on all phases of landscape architectural projects including developing approval strategies, designing from conception to construction, preparation of drawings and presentations, design review, and coordination; preparing schematics, design development, and construction documents; and researching materials to determine appropriate selection for project.

Position may require some work outside of normal business hours for public presentations to municipalities and community groups as part of the zoning support and approval process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or relevant experience is required; experience with the preparation of conceptual site plans (hand drawn and within CAD) to detailed rezoning submittal, required; CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft experience.
