Responsibilities:

As an Aftermarket Sales and Customer Experience Specialist at Safford Brown Mazda Fairfax, your role will encompass a range of exciting responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Aftermarket Sale Activities within the Dealership.
  • Take charge of the customer experience, ensuring their satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Sell products and accessories for sold vehicles, explaining the benefits of protection packages and product guarantees.
  • Engage with customers via phone, online, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Efficiently process aftermarket orders and document customer purchases.
  • Provide assistance to customers after the sale, addressing their questions and scheduling needs.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department on document handling.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
