Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician based at our warehouse, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our field operations and ensuring our equipment is in top condition for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing preventative maintenance and cleaning of portable heating, cooling, and drying equipment before and after each rental delivery.

- Assisting the Manager or Lead in servicing customers' equipment.

- Delivering, servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing equipment.

- Providing emergency repairs and routine maintenance.

- Preparing orders for delivery and loading/unloading equipment from trucks.

- Testing equipment to ensure it functions correctly.

- Reassembling equipment after repair and interacting professionally with customers regarding their equipment.

Qualifications:

- Mechanical inclination and basic tool knowledge.

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.

- Effective communication skills to demonstrate proper and safe equipment operations to customers (training provided).

- Previous HVAC experience or certification is a plus but not required.

- Experience driving to and from customer sites is beneficial.

- Availability for on-call emergency service after-hours and on weekends.

- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs., extended standing, sitting, and bending.

- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
