State Farm Insurance Agent- Alan Neal, located in Buffalo, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alan Neal - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- People person
- Self-motivated
- money motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

BENEFITS:
- Base salary + commission + bonus
- Commission is uncapped and the more you sell, the higher the commission % increases as well
