LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Located in Hildale and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Laboratory Technician.

You will sample, test, and analyze raw materials like fruits, vegetables, fibers, and spices.

What you will do:

• Manage the quality control laboratory
• Be in charge of all laboratory procedures
• Ensure all raw materials meet FDA, cGMP, and company standards
• Report any produce that doesn’t meet standards
• Work cross-department to obtain raw materials as needed
• Ensure that all standard operating protocols are followed
• Ensure that all sample data has been properly documented and stored
• Participate in training and meetings as needed

What we prefer you to bring:

• Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
• Rational, detail-oriented, and self-starter approach
• Prioritization, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in technology, especially Google Workspace
• An understanding of current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP)
• Experience in sample collection and identification

What you must bring:

• 1+ years of experience in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or equivalent

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
