Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase the motorcycle of their dreams Bring your 'A' game to work every day!
• Greet customers and help them identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
• Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
• Guide customers through a proven sales process
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers 

Qualifications - Sales Associate:

• Goal oriented, pleasant, and self-motivated to succeed with great sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? We pay for your training with our award-winning Riding Academy
• Positive, driven, and helpful
• Professional appearance 
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
• Basic social media experience
• A resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
