Accounting Clerk

Do you have experience in accounts payable? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for Accounting Clerk in Bristol, TN.

Key duties and details for Accounting Clerk:

• Ensure accounts payable is kept current, analysis of accounts
• Enter data into NAV and shipment logs from customer's purchase order
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, receiving papers, process timecards and process hourly payroll
• Post cash receipts and bank deposits
• Pay rate: $24/hr
• Paid weekly

Qualifications for Accounting Clerk:

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year school, technical college or technical school or
• one or more years of related experience and/or training/combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or some college with equivalent years of accounting experience
• Prefer Accounting or Finance major
• Knowledge in accounts payable and payroll software (NAV, Software and Paycom)
• Advanced level skills in MS Excel, General Ledger and MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
