Pay: Starting at $25.00/HR

Shifts Offered: Day Shift, Evening, NOC (Nights)

Client Settings: Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Hospice Clinics, Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Schools, and Urgent Care

Responsibilities:
·    Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient
·    Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
·    Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
Assist the physician in complex nursing situations.
·    Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care.
·    Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition.
·    Functions as a resource person and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards.
·    Acts on patients, resident’s behalf to assure patient rights and wellness.
