Health Advocates Network is hiring a Physical Therapist (3 Years Exp Req)! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Waurika, OK.

- Travel pay packages up to $2,752.00 weekly \n
- Local pay rate $64.00 per hour \n
*** with $500 sign-on bonus (after the first week) and $500 completion bonus ***

- Shift: Days (8hrs) \n
- Start Date: ASAP \n
- Contract length: 24 weeks \n
Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:
\n- \n
- Graduate of accredited physical therapy program \n
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state (OK). \n
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers \n
- 3 years experience within the specialty \n
- Additional certifications may be required. \n
