Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and be proficient in Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With your expertise, you will play a critical role in executing effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute to our overall sales goals in the B2B sector.

What You'll Do:

* Design, implement, and monitor automated email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and customer segmentation.

* Manage email lists, including segmentation, list acquisition, and list hygiene to optimize campaign performance.

* Create custom and complex SQL queries to pull data for personalized, ad-hoc, and automated campaigns.

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer journeys and create personalized experiences across various touchpoints.

* Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and targeted messaging for email campaigns.

* Analyze and report on campaign performance with actionable insights, optimizing campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

* Stay abreast of email marketing trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with all email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).

* Liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments to ensure CRM systems are effectively capturing and tracking relevant customer interactions.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery and marketing automation systems.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful automated marketing campaigns.

* Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.

* Proficiency in database management and segmentation.

* Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and sales processes.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Experience or familiarity with relational databases and statistical data analysis - intermediate to strong skills in SQL
