Support Technician

Shift Details

• 8-hour day shift (with some weekend availability)
• Pay | $17 per hour
• Direct hire

Requirements | High school diploma or GED and call center experience is preferred

Support Technician Job Tasks

• Report daily to offices in Jonesboro, AR
• Identify problems and guide clients through corrective steps via phone, email, or remote computer access
• Provide excellent customer service for incoming requests
• Ensure proper documentation
• Assist with testing new releases of developed software
• Install company software products
• Follow-up with customers
