Job Description:
- Sell company products and services
- Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
- Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services
- Recommend solutions and products to customer needs
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding effective solutions
- Provide product and service demonstrations and answer frequently asked questions
- Operate technology systems
Position Requirements:
- Proficient with computers and various programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting
