Your responsibilities Job Summary Directs and coordinates overall plant operations. Ensures that objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Responsible for the day to day operations of the business unit assigned to Oversee daily functions of all warehouse employees and drivers Responsible for overseeing health and safety activities of the business unit Responsible for overseeing 6S activities pertaining to Lean Manufacturing of the business unit Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Quality Management System certification to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard Conducts analysis of reports relating to sales, volume, payroll, employee turnover, monthly operational and capital expense budgets Prepares reports to communicate operational performance and overall performance of the facility to the Executive team Develop and implement strong profit and loss and budgeting skills Oversee and negotiate contracts with outside vendors Review financial statements, sales and activities reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement Ensure that customer needs are met and complaints are resolved Works with Sales Manager to design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals Adhere to company policies and procedures.
