Shift: 2nd Shift

Starting Wage: $16 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as needed
• Maintain the trailer board, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Direct drivers and visitors to designated areas with professionalism and efficiency
• Pull releases from TVS and create pick sheets in SAP, printing them for fulfillment
• Generate store pick sheets and process manual orders accurately
• Liaise with Plant 77 regarding any issues with releases or requests, providing timely updates
• Create Bills of Lading (BOL) in SAP and TVS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Audit and generate Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and dock controllers regarding loads and plant requests
• Maintain shipping logs in accordance with quality procedures, ensuring thorough documentation
• Send amended BOLs and shipping notifications via email to relevant stakeholders
• Investigate Move Ahead, HOT, and Detention requests, taking proactive measures as necessary
• Document and send notifications regarding HOLD trailers or manual backorders
• Track Empty Notices to optimize logistical efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer operations
• Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Strong decision-making and reasoning skills
• Understanding of material flow processes
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and general office tasks
