Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional therapeutic services within a reputable school district in Fort Gaines, GA. This is a full-time position for the uping school year, offering an onsite opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' munication and speech disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve their speech, language, and munication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team to ensure effective integration of therapy into the students' educational plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and related paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP license in the state of Georgia (or eligible for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are also wele.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices, as well as current research and trends in the field.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and the school team.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school district.
