- Various accounting tasks to include AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger and other daily financial transactions
- Generate daily customer invoicing along with updating all related reports, Respond to customer invoice inquiries in efficient manner
- Assist with acct dept duties - data entry, copying, collating, filing, organizing etc
- Resp to order office related supplies
- Assist with special projects

- Associates degree and/or equivalent knowledge
- General accounting knowledge
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
