Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Livingston, CA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies and promote positive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention programs targeting skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention strategies.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, assessments, and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be able to pass background check and obtain required clearances.
