Join our esteemed team at Sunbelt as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Director to lead our Speech Department in Rockville, MD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in pediatric outpatient clinic settings and school-based environments.
Position Overview:
- Location: Rockville, MD
- Experience Required:
- Pediatric outpatient clinic experience
- School-based experience
- Proficiency in working with children
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Previous experience in SLP supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations of the Speech Department
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to SLPs in pediatric outpatient clinics and school-based settings
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance therapy services and client outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the department
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland SLP License in good standing
- Proven experience in pediatric outpatient clinic and school-based settings
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor SLPs
