We are a very busy restaurant company (like 12 of them) seeking a Strong Sous Chef or Ex Sous to help lead BOH our team!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Place all food and kitchenware orders within budget
- Train and lead kitchen team and BOH managers to our standards and recipes
- Assist in the development of menu items as needed for regional rollouts
- Ensure complete adherence to the recipes and plate presentations set forth by the company
- Work with management team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards and met and exceeded!
Qualifications:
- Ability to be a leader and have fun!
- Previous experience in similar position of leadership managing a team in a high volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food costs and quality food
- Passion for food
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
