Marketing Sales Representative

Job duties include but are not limited to: 
-Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial owners, property managers, insurance
companies, realtors, engineers and architects, general contractors and builders, and suppliers.

-Focus on growing sales by maintaining strong relationships with customers through associations,
Chamber of Commerce, business networking etc.

-Develop business through various leads such as active fire calls, plumbing program partners, and related partners.

-Secure construction bids

-Monitor customer satisfaction data and propose corrective actions where necessary.

-Provide management with current competitive information on a continuing basis and marketing strategies.

-Meet with customers and determine their construction needs.

-Introduce new services/products to existing customers and identify target customers.

-Maintain company’s online presence through social media accounts and advertising.

- Enter daily updates in DASH and tracking system for weekly review and discussion.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
