Duration: Open to TTH or Perm or Contract
Schedule:

  • M-F: 8:30am 5:30pm
  • Closed Weekends

Duties: Long Term Care Pharmacist duties
Ideal Candidate:Immunization Certified, CPR Certification, PharmD or MTM Certified
