A hospital in Maine is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to provide consultation and surgery support while they recruit a permanent physician

Schedule:

• 4 days a week (8a-5p)
• 2 days for consults
• 2 surgery days
• No call required

Practice Setting:

• Critical access hospital
• Support team includes: orthopedic NP, full-time general surgeon, employed hospitalists

Cases and Procedures:

• Level 4 trauma
• General orthopedic surgery cases
• Hips, knees, shoulders, carpal tunnel

Travel and Location:

• Air, rental, and lodging are covered and coordinated by Curative
• Known for outdoor adventures (hiking/skiing)
