You'll work from a home office but also travel within the North and South Carolina territory, meeting customers face-to-face on a weekly basis.

 

 How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to connect the world. You'll work closely with the CommScope field sales teams and management to identify targets, craft opportunities, and drive deals to closure. Your scope will include bringing new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners in the southeast.

  • Driving revenue growth - creating demand within your assigned accounts and building a growth pipeline by selling the full spectrum of the portfolio.
  • Lead effective business relationships and map key partners at both functional and management levels within the customer.
  • Frame and implement account strategies to improve new service opportunities while acting as the client advocate.
  • Building and articulating business value propositions for distribution partners around existing solutions and new products.
  • Work closely with the CommScope field sales teams and field sales management to identify targets, craft opportunities, and drive deals to closure. The scope includes new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners: Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of experience in the Multi-System Operator (MSO) space  
  • Ability to strategically run large, sophisticated accounts and grow the territory.
  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to internal and external customers.
  • Willing to travel as needed within the region.
