Facilities Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Our high profile and growing client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support electrical and mechanical systems of the critical environment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a go getter with a great attitude and knowledge/experience in electrical and mechanical systems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Columbus, OH area 

Pay Range: $32.3/8/HR on Experis W2

What’s the Job?

• Operate and manage both routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
• Responsible for the on-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and procedures.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance.

What’s Needed?

• Electrical or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Go-getter with a great attitude.
• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree or Technical (Military/ Trade School) Degree experience.
