Our industry-leading company is seeking a Process Success Manager to join our team. As a Process Success Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the End-to-End Software Journey Project Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and deep knowledge of software flashing processes, documentation processes, and tools which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Success Manager
Location: Long Beach, California
Pay Range: $30-$35 hourly

What’s the Job?

  • Guide and train users in R&D, Sales, After sales, and Production US entities on new SW deployment processes.
  • Understand and implement end-to-end processes for processing software using the software journey toolchain.
  • Transfer knowledge and train stakeholders along all software journeys based on existing E/E documentation processes and tools.
  • Create knowledge base and training material for stakeholders.
  • Communicate with customers regarding new features or announcements.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of E/E documentation (PDM) processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SW flashing processes, both wired and OTA.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
