About this job

Our client is seeking an Applications Developer 2 to join their team. As an Applications Developer 2, you will be part of the role in which you will contribute to processing big data, building Spark jobs, and creating data views and Kusto table reports utilizing Power BI.

Job Title: Applications Developer 2
Location: Remote, US (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hr.
Contract length: 6 – 18 Months.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with Kusto.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with Power BI.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with Lens Orchestrator.
Requirements:
  • 4+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • College or bachelor’s degree in any field (computer science degree preferred) is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and experience with Spark. Preferred qualifications include experience in data analysis or an engineering background.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop big data jobs and reports to track progress into critical campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Kusto and Power BI is essential, and Spark knowledge is a plus.
