Our Client is seeking a Cloud Payroll Consultant to join their team for a Remote role.  

Job Title: HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50-$55/hr

Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll   
  • 3-5 years of Requirements Analysis, Business Process IT Alignment and Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) for Testing      
  • 2 years of Functional Design experience
  • Public Trust Clearance Required

Role Description:
  • As an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll business process Consultant you will perform the following tasks:
  • Maintain requirements matrix and perform gap analysis
  • Document and configure module
  • Set up test data
  • Test system and resolve differences between expected and actual results
  • Review test packages with test lead
  • Work with business function owners to develop system test condition and scripts and understand the system
  • Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the module tested and recommend solutions
  • Design modifications/required enhancements and identify their impacts on the rest of the system
  • Provide guidance and review for application developers
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
